What this policy covers
This policy explains how Unified Recovery Co. handles your mobile number and your text message consent if you choose to give them in this portal. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.
What we keep and why
If you give Unified Recovery Co. your mobile number and agree to receive account text messages, we keep that number and a record of your consent, including when and how you gave it and any later withdrawal or STOP request. We use them only to send the account messages you agreed to, to honor STOP and HELP requests, and to show what you agreed to. Consent is optional and is not required to make a payment.
No sharing or sale for marketing
We never share or sell your mobile number or your text message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
The only exception is operational. Service providers that deliver and process our text messages receive the information they need, and may use it only to provide that messaging service to Unified Recovery Co..
No other permission implied
Agreeing to account texts from Unified Recovery Co. does not give permission for any other marketing, does not allow any other company to text you, and does not change how we contact you in other ways.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent at any time in your portal SMS preferences or by contacting us. Once text messaging is active, you can also reply STOP, REVOKE, OPT OUT or another withdrawal word in our SMS Terms of Service, or make any other clear request to stop, such as “stop texting me.” After you withdraw, texts restart only after you opt in again and confirm with YES.
