SMS Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
Text delivery is not active yet
You can save permission in this portal now, but Unified Recovery Co. is not sending text messages yet. These terms describe how the program will work once delivery starts. The portal will show when messaging is active.
Optional account text messages
When you provide your mobile number and expressly agree in this portal, Unified Recovery Co. may send automated marketing and informational text messages about your account, including account updates, payment reminders, payment confirmations, settlement offers and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a payment. Your payment options stay the same if you decline. You must be authorized to consent for the mobile number you provide. Your consent applies only to Unified Recovery Co..
Confirming with YES
When delivery starts, you will first receive a text asking you to reply YES to confirm. Account messages begin only after you reply YES.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to stop messages. Under these program terms, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also withdraw your consent. Other clear requests to stop, such as “stop texting me” or “unsubscribe me,” are honored too, whether you send them as a reply or through our office. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Messages restart only after you opt in again in this portal and then confirm with YES. Reply HELP for help.
You can also withdraw consent at any time in your portal SMS preferences or by contacting our office.
