Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
Using this portal
These Terms of Service describe use of the Unified Recovery Co. consumer website and online account tools. Use the portal only for an account you own or are authorized to manage, and provide accurate information. If you do not wish to use the portal, contact the office about other available ways to obtain assistance.
Account access and security
Keep your password and private sign-in or registration links secure. Do not share access with an unauthorized person, impersonate someone else or attempt to view another person's account. Contact the office if you believe your access has been compromised or account information is incorrect.
Offers, arrangements and payments
Available options depend on the account and the terms shown for that option. Review the amount, dates, payment method and any separate authorization before submitting a payment or accepting an offer. These website terms do not themselves authorize a charge, create a payment plan or accept a settlement.
A payment request is not proof of successful processing. Check the confirmation and payment status, and contact the office if the result is unclear before submitting again. Specific accepted offer, arrangement and payment-authorization terms apply to those transactions. These website terms do not replace or change them.
Your account rights
Using this website does not by itself acknowledge liability for a debt, resolve a dispute or waive rights available under applicable law. Contact the office to ask questions, report an error, request account information or discuss a dispute. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
Communications and privacy
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Text-message permission is optional and is governed separately by our SMS Terms of Service and the consent you provide. Visiting the website or accepting these website terms does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the portal, interfere with its availability, submit malicious software, collect other consumers' information or circumvent access controls. To report a suspected security problem, follow our Responsible Disclosure Policy. Access may be restricted to protect consumers and service security; contact the office for account assistance if you cannot use the portal.
Availability and outside services
Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Online information may require correction or updating; contact the office about discrepancies. External websites and payment services may have their own terms. A link does not make those services part of this policy.
Updates and contact
Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. A website-policy revision does not retroactively change an accepted payment authorization or settlement. Contact Unified Recovery Co. with questions about these terms.
